Life Coaching for Teens

(13-18 years old)

Teens face many challenges in their lives. I have found that having a neutral, unbiased outlet offers them a safe space to share their thoughts, ideas, worries, plans, and struggles. As teens navigate big decisions and changes in their life, through our work together, they will learn new strategies that they will carry with them into their adult life. I am passionate about motivating young people so that they can understand their strengths and their values, fulfill their potential and make the most of their opportunities.

Some common life coaching themes we might work on:

  • Validation of thoughts and managing negative thoughts

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Self exploration (including confidence, self-acceptance, and self-esteem)

  • Time management, procrastination, and creating positive habits

  • Social connections and relationships

  • Sports performance and mental fitness

  • Communication skills

  • College and post college career goals

  • Academic pressures and social pressures

  • Learning to live in the present and focusing on what you can control

How long do people generally work with a Life Coach?

There is no exact formula or timeline, however, it is critical to commit to the process. The coaching relationship can be short term, focused on a specific goal, or it can be a relationship the client utilizes as long as they desire.

During our discovery call, we can discuss options for packages or individual session fees.
