Life Transition Coaching

As a Life Transition Coach, I help my clients learn to cope with challenging transitions in their lives. My goal is to enable you to realize that you hold within yourself the power to live your life according to your values. It can be difficult during this time for you to stay positive, focused, and motivated to find a sense of fulfillment. We will work to strengthen your self-belief and confidence and gain clarity on your direction.

Some common life coaching themes we might work on:

  • Validation of thoughts and managing negative thoughts

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Motivation and procrastination

  • Self exploration (including confidence, self-acceptance, and self-esteem)

  • Managing relationships both old and new

  • Career changes

  • Changes in stages of parenthood (becoming a parent, child leaving for school, becoming grandparent)

  • Loss of a loved one

How to Work with Me

Step 1

Schedule a free initial consultation to discuss your specific needs and see if coaching is the right fit.

Step 2

We will then set up an introductory coaching session for you. 

Step 3

Agree to weekly or bi-weekly Zoom sessions and begin the journey towards self improvement!

How long do people generally work with a Life Coach?

There is no exact formula or timeline, however, it is critical to commit to the process. The coaching relationship can be short term, focused on a specific goal, or it can be a relationship the client utilizes as long as they desire.

During our discovery call, we can discuss options for packages or individual session fees.
