Life Coaching for Emerging Adults

(19-29 years old)

Emerging adults are in a very critical and fast-moving time in their life. Having the opportunity to take a step back and connect with your core values, passions, and strengths will help you as you move through this stage of adulthood. I will help you to cultivate a growth mindset by focusing on positive energy and developing meaningful goals and the habits and accountability to achieve them.

Some common life coaching themes we might work on:

  • Validation of thoughts and managing negative thoughts

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Motivation and procrastination

  • Self exploration (including confidence, self-acceptance, and self-esteem)

  • Independence

  • Managing relationships both old and new

  • Career goals and managing career changes

  • Social pressures and balancing with college/work pressure

  • Decision making and boundary setting

How long do people generally work with a Life Coach?

There is no exact formula or timeline, however, it is critical to commit to the process. The coaching relationship can be short term, focused on a specific goal, or it can be a relationship the client utilizes as long as they desire.

During our discovery call, we can discuss options for packages or individual session fees.
