Let’s go on this journey together!

Hi! I’m Jodi. I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and graduate of the IPEC Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. I hold an undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree (BS) from Cornell University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University.

I want to share with you a little about myself and why I chose to follow my heart and become a life coach for teens/emerging adults/adults going through life transitions. After a career in brand management, I realized I was yearning for a pivot in my professional life. As I reflected on my marketing experience, I noticed that I was most passionate about understanding the psychology of the consumer and their decision-making process. At the same time, I found that I was always drawn to meaningful conversations, and helping friends/colleagues/family overcome their life obstacles. This self-discovery was the inspiration for my career in life coaching, and more specifically working with people who I felt I could really connect with and help in a critical time in their life. I love empowering the next generation and utilizing my intuition and innate listening skills as well as my training to help them find their way.

On a personal note, I am married and live in Westport, CT. I am the mother of 3 teens/emerging adults, and proud owner of a golden retriever, Carly. In my free time, I love taking walks by the beach, catching up with my dear friends, listening to podcasts, traveling, and more than anything, spending time with my family.

I hope I have the chance to chat with you and get to know you soon!
